-Tubes is a famous restaurant on poppies two. Well famous for the crew of people who call Kuta there home for a few days, weeks or months and everyone that goes in there has a photo getting shacked in the fake wave.
17/02/11 Hungover with the hawkers
-if you’ve been to Kuta beach you’ll know that there are nearly as many hawkers as beach goers selling you everything from cold drinks and massages to spear guns and anklets. They’re pretty persistent too and will happily take a seat next to you and empty the entire contents of their bag and usually the best way to move them on is buy something! I took this photo because me and the girls were soo hungover and just wanted to chill out on the beach for the day but we got not 1,2 or 3 but 4 hawker ladies preying on us at once. It just sums up Kuta beach perfectly.

-Consequetive nights drinking in the alcoholic bars of Alley cats, Sky Garden and Bounty drinking double-doubles and free flow, dancing on stage like theres no tomorrow, stealing flat-peak hats off Aussie boys, plenty of blanker than blank points and ending the night almost definitely with a drunken bike ride to Maccas to devour a cheeseburger in true ‘English Pig’ style……the absolute definition of the ‘Kuta Blur’
